Shipping Policy – ULTRIQ
At ULTRIQ, we work with a print-on-demand and dropshipping model. This means that every product is only made after you have placed an order. This allows us to respond flexibly to current moments in the football world while minimising waste.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
- During busy periods (e.g. major tournaments such as the Euros or World Cup), this may extend to 2–5 business days
Shipping Time
- Netherlands & Belgium: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 5–12 business days
- International: 7–15 business days
Please note: these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on demand, customs, or local delivery services.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout
- We may offer temporary free shipping during special drops or campaigns
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email
- It may take 1–3 days before tracking becomes active
Multiple Items
Because our products are produced through different suppliers, your order may be delivered in multiple packages.
Delays
ULTRIQ is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs checks
- Local delivery services
- Incorrect address details
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may be charged.
