Return and Refund Policy

Made-to-Order Products

All products sold by ULTRIQ are made-to-order. This means that every item is produced specifically for you after your order has been placed.

No Returns or Cancellations

Due to this production process, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded in the case of:

  • an incorrect size selection
  • a change of mind
  • personal preference

This is in accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, which excludes made-to-order goods from the right of withdrawal.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item:

  • arrives damaged
  • has a production defect
  • is incorrect (wrong item or print)

please contact us within 7 days of receipt at: support@ultriq.store

Please include:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the issue

For a valid claim, we will:

  • send a free replacement, or
  • issue a full refund

This is without prejudice to your legal rights under EU consumer law, including the right to a statutory conformity guarantee of up to 2 years (Directive 2019/771/EU).

Important: No Unauthorised Returns

Returns are only accepted after prior approval. Items returned without permission will not be processed and cannot be refunded.

Shipping Issues

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • an incorrect address provided by the customer
  • failure to collect the package

we may:

  • reship the item at the customer's expense, or
  • issue a refund minus the shipping and return costs incurred
